This project was developed in cooperation with the renowned architectural workshop ARX from Šibenik, with the aim of placing on the market apartments for temporary or permanent housing of higher quality performance and equipment in a location slightly away from the sea, but in a place with its position, history, gastronomic and with its nautical offer and Dalmatian charm, a truly rare Adriatic pearl. It is a project that has proven its quality, given that it has successfully overcome the great crisis in investment construction and its concept has stood out as an investment well thought out, architecturally designed and successfully managed and completed investment. The project was conceived and executed with a number of traditional features of Dalmatian and partly Tuscan architecture, which certainly set it apart from the usual standards of construction and design of apartment buildings. We try to leave a unique trace and signature of quality on most of our projects, so in this project, as a sign of respect for the history of the Šibenik region, ornaments from the world-famous Šibenik hat were built into the walls of the facade. It is worth mentioning that in this case, too, the value of investments of partial investors (buyers) in the purchase of apartments from the Olive Grove Houses program has increased significantly since the time of purchase, which confirms the thesis that quality solutions do not know the crisis.
