The project consists of two separate buildings built in a prime location, right next to the sea and the marina. Within the buildings there is a restaurant with a total of 150 seats, accommodation capacity of 20 rooms and 25 parking spaces.
The tourist capacity is in function and shows very good results every year. Less investment in capacity modernization is desirable.
The specificity of the project is contained in the fact that due to its location and proximity to a major tourist center, the restaurant part can work all year round, which certainly reflects on the value of the investment.
There is a possibility of additional purchase and expansion of the existing catering and accommodation capacity.
Ways and models of investing in this tourist capacity are numerous.
