The Lyna project is located next to our Kamenica project from the project program of high quality and original boutique home facilities. It is a project of a low-energy holiday house with a sea view, the development of which was suspended by an extraordinary decision of the client in the final phase of elaboration of the conceptual design, brand design and final elaboration of the project before obtaining a building permit.
