As part of the Olive Grove Houses program, this building is also characterized by special and unusual architecture with prominent features of old Dalmatian architecture and the usual higher quality of workmanship and equipment. The project consists of a building with 9 apartments, richly equipped and harmonious interior design adapted to its purpose – a year-round vacation at sea, and in some cases year-round housing. As with the OGH I project, this project has shown resistance to negative market fluctuations and after a long period of time was completed and handed over to our customers, to whom we would like to express our gratitude because they recognized a better solution for themselves and their families. And in this case, we are sure that investing in parts of the project will prove to be a multi-justified investment for all investors over time.
