The T1 project is our first project in the Šibenik-Knin County. It is a project perfectly adapted to the shape of the land and the environment, relatively simple architectural design and maximum residential functionality. It is a project with a total of 12 residential units and underground garages and storage facilities carried out on a location not far from the sea. The project was carried out within the planned period of less than one year and was fully implemented immediately after the completion and receipt of usable documentation. From the investment aspect, several first beneficiaries of the project after several years of use placed the acquired property on the market and enjoyed a capital return between 12.00 – 18.50%, which is a direct indicator of the justification of the investment.
