The “Bukovčanka” project is an existing house that needs to be reconstructed into a five-star accommodation capacity (holiday home). The existing dimensions of the building remain the same while the interior is changed in a way that the reconstruction is a house with 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, living room and kitchen with spacious terraces and a larger pool of 50.0 m2. From the side rooms, there is a tavern with an internal fireplace, a garage with storage and a wellness area.
