The “Ljubač I” project represents a micro-spatial development project with the aim of amending the Urban Plan, which would change the current state of the zonal scope with the aim of more rational management of the space and increasing development opportunities at the location in question. The positive completion of the project will result in a new zoning scope that gives the co-owners of the land within the scope much greater opportunities than they currently have. In addition, the project is conceived in such a way that by implementing the project, both interested parties (initiators) and the Legislator and Local Government will receive significant benefits, while changes to the Plan will arrange the space in a much more rational way in accordance with urban planning rules. After achieving the project goal, the value of the property of the co-owners will increase significantly, which will enable them to make unhindered investments in the construction of buildings for temporary or permanent housing.
